    This Plan Really Works
    Move your mind to the eating plan and dispel the dumb blond myth that was Suzanne Somers' personna in her Chrissy character. This eating plan really works. The recipes are easy, the formula for success is easy. At our house we refer to it more as "food separating" rather than "food combining" but read it for yourself and don't be skeptical. Despite controversial claims to the contrary, separating starchy carbs from your meal choices is a healthy way to lose weight. This is a better plan than Atkins or South Beach -- you can eat an abundance of fruit and even have cereal with milk every morning for breakfast and still lose weight -- something I personally missed with other eating plans because, let's face it, having cereal in the morning is the easiest breakfast food to serve. You must give up sugar for this plan to be successful and the science is clear that sugar is not a healthy option. This plan will save your life.
