  USPS did not mark the box as fragile and it was destroyed. I sent a new batch and I covered it. Linda Weaver did a great job of sending pictures as proof and I communicated with her often. But I am super disappointed in the ebay restrictions that would allow us to handle this quicker. If I could have sent my number or email I could resolve this in a single day. There needs to be an option to do this.
