I've had better
It doesn't work as well as others I've tried and it doesn't keep me asleep either.
I assume for a new user of melatonin this will work better but not for me.

Doesn't work as intensely as it says.
0 of 1 found this helpful I felt nothing, no cold, no hot but it did work on very low level of relief. I needed muscle relief and this didn't cut it for me. Then last nite the squeazy dispenser head broke, nothing will come out of it. Won't be buying again

Great bargain
It's great I finally found a pill that's recommended dose in one pill. I've always had to take 2 pills so buying this was a money saver also.
