  Seller took longer than expected to send package, however after they were finally able to respond to my inquiries about when they'd be sending my item, they ended up giving me a partial refund and immediately got my package in the mail. So overall, I'm very pleased with how this seller handled our transaction and was very pleased with my purchase. I definitely would try buying from them again!!! Thanks!

  Purchased 10-6-23. No communication so I requested cancellation on 10-13-23. Soon after this request I received notice of shipment. Finally arrived 10-19-23. It has been many years since I paid for shipping, and each of those times I received purchase within a week. I’d think the same could be done with a shipping cost, which is what I paid. Seller included a niche sample, which was nice, but it leaked in the box. I honestly don’t understand how this seller has a 100% positive rating.
