  The doll's head was placed on a broken neck, which was never revealed in the description. I was preparing to wash the doll (which needed), and the head just fell off in my hands. Since there were no pieces, the significant damage to the neck had to have occurred before I bought the doll. In addition, her hands were covered in tape. When I removed the tape, I found the hands had some minor damage. I've tried contacting the seller but, got no response.
