  If there was a rating above A+, this seller would get it !!. I ordered a used tool and when it arrived it looked brand new. Unfortunately i was unable to get it to function. The seller worked with me on email and i ended up returning it(to find out later it was my issue with a new design). The original item was a great product at a great price.
