Really cool kitchen appliance

This is a really good kitchen appliance but there are a number of directions and, unlike, say a regular slow cooker, it appears that I need to read them. So, I can't yet confirm if it works great yet or not. However, a friend of mine has one and swears by it, so I guess it will be worth the time to learn how the heck to use it.
