The cure to all that ails you!
4 of 4 found this helpful I heard about this book from one of my instructors while I was in massage school. What my instructor had said peaked my curiosity and I checked out the book in the bookstore. I couldn't put it down. I bought and read the book despite all the work I had to do for my schooling. I immediately began implementing Dr. Batman's suggestion. I have taken my self off allergy, high blood pressure and depression medications, substituting water instead. I discussed it with my doctor. She said I was crazy but I seemed so committed she would monitor me while I tried this. There were some definite withdrawal symptoms. I had a fierce headache for about three days. I drank, and drank, and drank water. Slowly over the three days the headache went away. My blood pressure is fantastic - neither too high nor too low. I have been off allergy medicines (and their side effects) for more than six months with no allergy symptoms. And my depression has been manageable. My doctor is amazed. She has bought a copy of Dr. Batman's book for herself and is incorporating it into her practice. She said she never would have believed it if she had not witnessed it with her own eyes and now that she has applied it to her own life she is horrified that she didn't learn about Dr. Batman's work in Med. School. It is not always easy to implement Dr. Batman's recommendations but as you see results it gets easier. And the money I am saving on monthly medications is a big plus.

Fun time
Out of two packages, I had to toss three small round beads due to defective holes. A number of beads would not pap together due to misshapen holes or debris in the holes; most I could correct with an Exacto craft knife but three beads the holes were too misshapen. Bottom-line the kids enjoyed playing with the beads. And the price was right.
