Unfortunately the product was open and parts were missing, so it was not new (as described). However, within minutes of contacting the seller I was given a full refund and apology about the mix up.     The product arrived a day early, which was very pleasing. The box was misshaped but sealed. I feel I received a good value for this product, especially compared to other prices.
