The box he showed on line and sent the OPTICON OPN S2 in shows OPTICON More 1 MiniRite R. He lied on your site and sent a cheap old model that Opticon made. I want full refund including return shipping. I am 80 and live off SS. I CANT HEAR WITH THE MODEL HE SENT, I HAVE BETTER MODEL OF SAME ONES HE SENT. HE LIED ON YOUR SITE. RONALD MAULDIN
