Mom's gonna love it!

It worked with modifications, but wish I'd have gotten the more expensive one.
There is one listed that is very similar. It is a bit more expensive, but now I can see that it is higher quality. Wish I'd have paid more and gotten that one. This worked out with modifications. We added extra screws to hold it together better. We had to purchase from the hardware and install our own latch closures to keep the door closed. We also put sealant on the screws on top (roof). The shelves are 1 panel narrower than the more expensive version and too small for my under 9 pound cat so we ended up removing them. If you can't afford the more expensive one, I would say to get this and make these adjustments. She is loving it now that we have it. We even made a cutout into the catio so a cat door window for a sash window leads out to it. Whenever we have it unlocked she can go out by herself without letting other animals inside, though she did bring a bird in once...eek! :D
