CAM BELT
Mechanic informed me that it is a "gates" (manufacturers name) belt & that they are the best as they supply the vast majority of car makers with their belts for their new & "genuine aftermarket main dealership belts. So a pleasant surprise.

Aircast Elbow Cryocuff, Ice Compression.
These are such a great product. I have the Elbow, Wrist (covers hand also), Knee & the
Foot / Ankle. I have 2 cryo tubs, Motor & Gravity (motor can be used as gravity also).
I am permanently disabled, i use moby scoot & mainly drainpipe crutches & as such over the years i have fractured many times the bones in my wrist (well over 20 times each wrist yes 20) sprained wrists lost count, More than fractures). The one good knee takes all the weight so has sprained tendon & fractured bones in good foot, Sprains etc. You get the picture, now you know why i have nearly a full set.
Looked for something that would give me both ice & compression at the same time. Found this tried the Knee first to see how good it was, it was is that effective i got the rest. I use just cold water from the tap & it is quite effective. For extra cold i add the ice packs you put in lunch boxes & that is cold & will last for hours. I am Qualified sports rehabilitation massage therapist. I did this as i was always injured so wanted to know the best way to get over these problems when all said & done the best thing is this & elevation when not using it.( Elevate if possible when using for even better results).
Very good quality Pricey but when you use it you'll find it's money well spent. durable hygenic i would highly recommend for long or short term rehab.

B&O Beoplay H8 Wireless Headphones
1 of 1 found this helpful Nice fit, easy setup. Included is a soft carry bag,, Nice touch sensitive volume/channel/phone answer on the right ear pad. I'm not techy but got used to the swipe, circle & tap way to control functions. Excellent at cutting stopping outside noise , better than dedicated builders ear defenders ! Sound quality is crystal clear as you would expect from B&O. Sits ON the ear with soft supple memory foam filled earpads so comfy to wear for long periods. It can be wired, i have only used it in Bluetooth as my tv has no speaker socket ? Great for making/receiving phone calls, the microphone is superb as I do not like to shout on the phone & infringe on others, if anything i speak quieter & was well impressed with its voice pickup whilst omitting background noise. A lot of money yes, a lot of headphone yes. Both you would expect from B&O. For those who know B&O ! For those who don't, try. Not headphones, more quality speakers for the ears. Enjoy !!
