The real deal.
Such a pity you can't buy this in the UK generally it is a great sleep aid with no side effects and none habit forming. No more waking up every half hour (OK still waking up with the birds - that's summer!) feeling much better. Even wrinkles reduced as sleep quality is so much improved. I've tried an other make before and it was useless (my daughter had melatonin on prescription from the paediatrician for sleep disturbance years ago so that was the reference I had of it being a reliable, safe product) this product is really effective. Take it 20 minutes before bed, read until your eyes roll (20min+-) sleep well.

This tape goes a long way, the coating lasts a year (up North!) and no more bird 'bombed' car and benches!
