I only needed toning DVD, and at least that was good.
I didn’t need the toning sticks but I bought this because I wanted a DVD of Zumba with the toning sticks. I was satisfied by those videos and they were a good work out. The disappointing thing was, however, that two of the DVDs were DVDs I already had. They had been packaged differently by Sumba, so you could not tell that they were the same DVD until you saw the disk itself. There was one more disk that I did not have and it was OK. In the end I paid almost $40 just for the pair of toning sticks which I didn’t need and a good toning DVD plus another good DVD. I guess it was better than paying Over $50 for the complete set which included the toning 101 which could’ve been very useful, but it was a lot more money.
