Great manipulative
This is a great thing to keep your hands busy when you have to be on the long phone calls and zoom meetings. I find keeping my hands busy helps me listen better. I had one as a little girl and this brings back warm memories. Great fidget.

Great for back pain
It is easy to heat just by a click or immersing it in hot water. And the holder makes it easy to position it just where you need the heat.
