Would not buy if you expect to hang it from your necks as it will break.

This newer model has a very delicate black D shaped connector, It breaks very easy just after a few days the neck lanyard attachment rips right through the plastic. The one pictures is not the one you receive it has a different D shaped connector that easily breaks. I ordered this one pictured but it does not have the heavy duty black attachment "D shaped" connection at the top, the black part at the top is now very light design an breaks very quickly. The that is sent me is a modified version and very wimpy connection at top. I know there are two types because I bought another one like this one actually in the one you sent and it broke in one weeks time of using it in a neck lanyard around the neck, it has just a small piece of plastic there. I had one like you have pictured which I think is another version and I used it for a few years the connection never broke, but the USB finally became corrupted from so much use.

I could not figure out how to make it wo...

I could not figure out how to make it work with the APP. However used the WPS find mode and it went right to working.
