Wonderful yoga routines, with gorgeous backgrounds
1 of 1 found this helpful All the workouts on this dvd are superb but if you already have Shiva's 'Yoga Shakti' do not order this one as it is a repeat of many of the routines on Shakti. (I found out the hard way) There are 5 pre-set routines or you can use the matrix to create your own. This dvd is actually better to work with than Shakti though, as the Shakti matrix is frustrating. In this one, after each thing you choose you don't go back to the top to start over each time, whereas in Shakti that is what happens. So it might be worth getting just for that convenience! For those of you unfamiliar with Shiva, she is a joy to work out with. Soothing voice, high energy & graceful, always beautiful backgrounds... I've collected quite a pile of her dvds! Best of all, you can choose between a wide range of workouts, from gentle and stretching, to balancing, to heart pumping. Whatever your level or mood is!

Not the "wonder" you're expecting.
These did not work for me like they seemed to work for others who reviewed them. I was actually going to return them and then decided I would use them up by using two patches on each ear. This still isn't ideal but works better than one patch. One didn't seem to hold the earrings up near the top of the piercing as the product claims, no matter what the weight of the earring was. Two holds them up better, so they look more attractive but if you're expecting miracles, forget it.
