open bag
0 of 1 found this helpful I received the package today, to my surprise, when I opened the package, I saw a big hole in the original Hayward bag. Someone literally ripped the original bag, and ripped the small bag inside to get some parts, I checked and noticed that 2 long screws were missing. Why would you send an open bag items with missing parts?
