More up-sides than down-sides
Upsides - 1. This liner is very easy to work with - it stays put without attaching itself to your shelving, and the vinyl top is easy to keep clean as it can be wiped for quick cleaning or dunk-washed and drip-dried if you're spring-cleaning. Don't wring - it wrinkles and the creases don't fall out. 2. It's also pretty easy to fit - I always cut mine a little large (esp for drawers and the back edge of a shelf) so it goes up the wall anywhere from .5" to 1", then I slice the corners so the back edge can wrap around the side edges; this helps to corral crumbs and to protect glassware from bumping against the cabinet walls. Plus it just makes installation cleaner-looking and easier/quicker. 3. Some of the patterns help ease the fitting process. Fitting is a lot easier with a squarish pattern, which this particular design has with the background of subtle gingham check. The Duck Brand patterns that are not square require measuring and marking, which makes the process take longer. Also, a squarish even pattern all over (as opposed to a floral/random or solid color) makes it easier to spot crumbs or dirt that you'd want to clean up rather than overlook. 4. It can be long-lasting if you clean it and take care with it. In wall cabinets carrying glassware it could last forever. In a broom closet, not so long.
Downsides - 1. It takes a lot of moolah to line your cabinets. And the more cabinets, the more you'll spend. If there was a choice between yes and no on the "Is it a good value?" question, I'd pick the middle "somewhat". The liner is high-quality and will last for years, but you'll have a decent investment all at once. 2. The longer rolls still won't allow you to cover the floor of a base cabinet. I always cut the longer sheet to the front of the cabinet, but I still overlap a piece of the 12" roll at the back. This doesn't help on cost either. 3. Some of the designs are beautiful, but choices are limited and some designs (like this one) become discontinued making it difficult to replace the liner for a single shelf or drawer when necessary. Colors are even more limited; for example, you'll find a dozen designs that are all neutral in color, and then - red. I have an aqua kitchen with hints of navy blue and pinky-peach, so this rose color went well, as did the same pattern in a federal bluish color. But now that these are discontinued I will never match my kitchen again so nicely, as this pattern is subtle enough not to interfere with room design.

More info
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased this 6 3/4" diameter strainer as a replacement cover for a 50-60 yr old bell trap floor drain that is already installed, and of which I do not know the manufacturer or model.
Here are some additional dimensions for anyone purchasing this as a replacement cover, as this would have been helpful in my situation, and it is not readily available from the mfr:
Top diameter 6 3/4"
Top thickness 1/4"
Bell depth 1 3/8"
Bell I.D. 3 3/8"
Bell O.D. 3 3/4"
Overall depth 1 5/8"
It turns out this will not work with my drain, as the bell portion is not deep enough to reach the 'moat' in the drain to complete the water trap. My guess is that my floor drain is from a different manufacturer. Given shipping costs plus return shipping, I will try to make it work rather than return it, and I believe I can do so by adding a length of PVC to help it reach the drain trap.
Hope this extra info helps anyone who is looking at this strainer to replace their own rusty old drain cover.

As expected, as pictured - just what I was looking fo
As promised by the seller, this Roku remote transmitter I received has the four buttons pictured - the channels I use the most: Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and Sling. I feared I'd get what everyone else (including Roku) is selling - a remote with four program buttons that "may vary". It doesn't help anyone to have pre-programmed buttons for channels they don't/won't watch. This one is just what's pictured. I love it. If it was a tad less expensive I'd replace all my Roku remotes with this one.
