High quality very small quantity -
At first I thought the bottle was missing pills because it was mostly empty with a small amount of pills at the bottom but turned out there were exactly 72, they were just very small - I know because I counted them. Other than that product seems to be as described.

A bit pricey but works very well for temporary relief of LPR throat burning.

Works as described, easy to use but the manual is in Japanese only
Very straight forward to use but takes some figuring our because there are no instructions in English.
