Scott’s, simple, affordable, consistent texture and flavor.

I’ve used Scott’s Brine for fish for over 20 years. It’s easy, affordable and consistently moist and delicious. Other brine recipes are expensive and messy. I smoke 50 pounds of Columbia River Chinook salmon every year. I won’t use any other brine. Scott’s is the best!
