good idea
I have rental prop. & a leak in a tennant's washing machine cost me over $800.00 in floor damage. Now I will be installing these in all my units.

good pump
3 of 3 found this helpful This is a good pump, Its fast. The only thing I think it needs is a bypass valve, (when the tank gets full & the nosel shuts off it sometimes blowes the hose off befor I can get to the on off switch.
