lovely candle...beautiful scent...leaves alot of wax after burning...but just put whole candlle jar in small crock pot.

I would purchase again simply for the tutorial benefits.
We recently purchased a medium BIG GREEN EGG. We needed a guide to instruct us on the proper technique and use of the grill. The BIG GREEN EGG COOKBOOK certainly accomplished that! This cookbook has hundreds of recipes and beautiful photos with precise directions as to how to prepare each recipe. The large print is another plus.
Many of the ingredients are not readily available in our local markets, but this may not be a problem for you. I found most of the recipes were geared to the large EGG, making it a little more difficult for our use. That is why I gave it 3 stars. I felt it should have included more recipes for the various grill sizes. However, it is an excellent guide for adaptation to our family favorites.
