  This "buyer" of my car has made no contact or payment arrangements since purchase 9 days ago. Lou has given up on communication completely, so I am forced to leave a negative review. I've lost out on real potential buyers viewing my ad and have lost out on over a week of ad space and the costs of such. Ebay doesn't even have a human being working a phone, so I can talk to someone in an attempt to recoup my lost time and money for my advertisement. Bad experience all around.
