Decent Replacement But Hard to Seal
1 of 1 found this helpful This is our second replacement blade. We use our Ninja 5-7 times a week and, on average, the blades last about 6-8 months before they start to disintegrate. This blade looks and feels about the same as the original as well as the first replacement but this one seems to be more difficult to seal when blending a straight liquid. Thicker drinks like smoothies and dry ingredients like almonds are fine.
Once the blade goes on I have to make sure it is ALL the way seated and this seems to require getting it really tight. Otherwise it either loosens during use or liquid simply leaks out getting it all over the Ninja.
All in all the blades works fine but I always need to make sure to check the seal before and during the blending cycle.
