BBQ Cover

the string that is tightening the bottom of the BBQ cover is very flimsy and the plastic button does not hold it tight. Any slight wind and the whole cover flies off. It may seem minor but it is major and make the product useless.

problems with HP printer producers

the printer producers, in this case HP, have embedded capability to detect the cartridge is not made by HP. Almost every single time I try to print new document, I have repeatedly to turn off the printer, restart. and then it will print out with the non original cartridge. It is annoying and time consuming. I also found that the ink from these cartridges smears on the paper (randomly).

LG G3 must add the number appears inside the phone

I have contacted you before and it would not fit my cell because it is not D690 which I never knew it is actually D851 (to find that you need to pry open the back cover. Would have been nice to know that upfront on your site. As a senior citizen I cannot afford another one, and I was expecting you to provide the right one upon returning the D690 which I have no use. I guess it would work that way with you. Anyway, thank you
