  “Terrible experience! The item I received was completely damaged—the card was jacked up, torn, and broken, nothing like what was described. The seller downplayed the issue because it was ‘just 50 cents,’ but money is money, and I expect to receive what I paid for, no matter the price. They clearly don’t care about quality or customer satisfaction. Extremely disappointed, and I would strongly advise against doing business with this seller.
