Not want u want for a good work out !
Basically in this tape, it is all the same taebo moves but they freeze at the end of each set and try to hold that position, good concept but didn't go over so well. Skip it and get one of his other tapes, this one is not for real work out seekers, is a bit of a disappointment. I gave it a below average rating because compared to his other tapes that's exactly what it is. The average Tae Bo tape will give you a much better work out.

Get the value you pay for
