KIMBERLY CLARK SMITH & WESSON 19794 3G MAGNUM CLEAR SAFETY GLASSES - NEW- 15 PR.

My favorite safety glasses by far.
I'm a machinist, so I spend a lot of time wearing safety glasses. I've tried dozens of brands and styles, but these are my favorites, and a steal at this price.

Very nice cutting tools for the money.
Bought half a dozen tools from these guys all at the same time, but I've only used this one so far. I'll review the others as they get used.
The tool is very sharp, much sharper than other import brands of carbide I've tried in the past, and the tool is better made overall than the price would lead you to believe.
Goes through fir like it's not even there.
As expected, the tools were WELL used and in so-so shape.
The seller laid his cards on the table and told the truth about these toolholders, and he wasn't lying, they are WELL used. Tapers dinged up and worn, and the toolchanger collars are quite beat up and worn.
However, none of that mattered to me, because I bought them to cut in half for the TG100 collet chuck end, so the 50 taper end being moshed makes me no difference.
That's actually the whole reason why I bought these toolholders specifically. The condition was noted up front, with good pictures to go from. These would not have been usable in a CNC machine again (IMO), so I don't feel bad about killing good tooling that someone else could have used in a 50 taper machining center.
They were cheap and the TG100 ends are in good shape, so I don't feel bad about butchering them for my own ends.
As is always the case with used CNC tooling (especially 50 taper stuff), it gets used hard by nature, so you must be very diligent in your inspections, lest you end up buying a boat anchor instead of a collet chuck.
In this case I went in with my eyes open and the seller was honest, so I got exactly what I needed from the deal.
