Proprietary Bluetooth - Buyer Beware.
4 of 8 found this helpful If you have a bluetooth sound bar for instance other than a compatible Sony one then you need to keep looking. This will not connect via bluetooth to anything but certain Sony stuff. It is some kind of proprietary bluetooth that nobody else uses. I have a samsung sound bar that connects to absolutely anything ... except this.
If you look at the detailed specs of this, hidden away in the small print is the fact it only connects to a limited number of compatible devices.
If you want bluetooth connectivity this is not the player for you.
