Totally engaging tale that will especially appeal to Baby Boomers.. Literate, enchanting read that will leave you sorry to see it end.

NOT an exercise regime; just a marketing testimony
3 of 3 found this helpful I thought this was an exercise program, but it was simply people giving testimonials about how exercise changed their lives for the better. No instructions given about the actual program. Waste of money.
