Hardware felll "short" to properly install item
Item hardware is not sufficient to install product properly.
Bolt length not long enough to securely fasten product.
Washer included not big enough to hold said bolt.

Poorly made, not very safe.
2 of 2 found this helpful Item is very filmsy, middle bows when stepped on with 52.5lb dumbbell for easy hamstring stretch.
Platform extensions does not fit correctly, have to force risers in.
For an exercise equipment that is suppose to be safe to use, I do not think this is a very safe product to use even for just using as a step up.

User friendly, easy to use unit
Great item to use with Zwift or Strava. No worries on connecting either through Bluetooth or the ANT+ option.
If you want to use your existing phone apps to track your biking progress and don't want to buy a separate bike computer, this unit is great.
