It's as close as I have gotten to The Book of Shadows!
The Good: The book has an antique look about it, as do the pages. The spells appear to be straight from the 'real' Book of Shadows. Overall it is a perfect gift or keepsake.
The Bad: The discs slide out against paper and it's hard on them, the discs need to be sleeved to protect them. I wish the feel was more antiquated, but it's still worthy of purchase.

Butterflies and Birds Love This
1 of 1 found this helpful The solar power works instantly to make the very small fountain flow. It's designed to keep the water fresh, but not big enough to disturb the butterflies. Because mosquitos won't lay in moving water, the fountain is good for that. The fountain isn't showy, it's for the benefit of the birds, not necessarily for people's pleasure.
I refill it with about a gallon of water every other day and expect to increase to daily in the heat of summer. (I live in Arkansas, summers are very hot.)
It's shallow enough the birds can bathe but I did add decorative rocks for the benefit of the butterflies and dragonflies.
It's lightweight enough to move it if desired, but balanced enough to hold it's own thru the highest stormy winds we've had. (It stands without a windbreak) I'm very pleased with it.
There are other styles that had I known about I may have chosen, but the simplicity of this one suits the scenery very nicely.
The solar panel does not store power, but uses it immediately to make the fountain flow. It stops immediately when a shadow passes over it. Almost like an on/off switch.
I'm very pleased with this and won't hesitate to buy this brand again.

Soothe Your Working-Mans Feet
The foot doctor suggested my husband try these. We paid twice this price and bought them from him. When it came time to replace them, we checked eBay. This is not only a good value, but a good investment in yourself. My husband wears size 14 and these fit quite well in his work boots. On my own I ordered more so I could put them in his other shoes, it was worth it :)
