RAZOR SHARP

the knife is top notch as it's razor sharp and to be honest as i hate to sharpen a knife with these that is a thing of the past. i use this knife for everything and with other blades it has 1000s of uses and if it happens to get dull just pop in a new blade. this year everybody is getting these for Christmas as this is the perfect gift. i also bought the fillet knife and again there is no better knife.
