Whitened my teeth a lot, not much hassle either

I have used this maybe 4 times and my teeth are a LOT whiter, I am very pleased. It's not too much hassle considering, just start the water running and spit into the already draining pool of water and you will not need to wash the sink. I also used my regular toothbrush, a sonicare, and it did not stain it. A quick mouth rinse at my mouth was no longer black. Splattered black toothpaste wiped up without hassle. The taste was a normal mint taste, not bad at all. It did feel a tad gritty compared to normal paste but the manufacturer says it was tested to meet safety standards for not being too abrasive. I have no noticed no bad or unusual reactions in muy mouth other than whitening of the teeth. However, I have never used a whitening toothpaste before so my teeth were nowhere near white, you may not get the same level of improvement if you have already been hammering away at your teeth using other whitening products. I just do not trust other peroxide based whiteners because they alter the chemical matrix of your teeth and weaken it. That's why I was happy when something charcoal based that is likely more safe came out. My plan is to get my teeth to where they seem as white as they can be with this product and then use it occasionally to keep them white, alternating with my normal toothpaste which is Livionex and the best for gum health hands down.
