It Smuged,It Run Down my face what I received WAS NOT WATERPROOF!
0 of 1 found this helpful I Had To Go To A Dear Friend funeral and I used the So call waterproof eyeliner along with hafe of the women that was there because we didn't want makeup all over are face from crying the very first tear I had a BLACK STREAK DOWN MY FACE SO DID EVERYONE WHO USED MY EYELINER.VERY DISAPPOINTED. It wasn't waterproof like I ordered.
