2 of 2 found this helpful This plant is Very drought tolerant I grew this plant in Desert Hot Springs CA. when was just a young boy the seeds sprout as easy as pinto beans, the yellow variety sprouts easier then that red & orange varieties the red & orange varieties have a thicker seed cote on them, additionally the seeds have an amazing shelf life of 15 years if kept in air tight container, thay will sprout like they were harvested a week ago! I sprout these seeds by soaking them in warm water 87°F for 5 hours the temperature needs to stay at 87°F the whole 5 hours I do this in a 1 gallon fish tank with a seedling heat mat under the tank or small adjustable tank heater you can also use a clean large pickle jar to do this as well try to use purified water to do this for best results, after soaking I take the soft delicate seeds & place in a glass mason jar or other clean glass jars with lid on wet cotton balls on top & 1" perlite under cotton balls, use purified water! poke 5 small holes in the lid in an X pattern and set it in a warm sunny window do not allow the temp to drop below 74°F before they sprout it can kill them, keep cotton moist not soggy and thay will 2 to 7 days when you see the roots coming out of the seed cote about quarter of an inch long remove from cotton and plant in a 1-gallon pot, 1 seedling per pot, with moist cactus soil, keep moist let it lightly dry out between waterings, when seedlings 30" inches tall they are fully drought tolerant Note: this plant has very sensitive roots Damaging the large roots will kill these plants don't let the plants root its self though the bottom of the pots into the ground pulling them up will put them in critical condition & it's very hard to get them out of that shock state, additionally in high humidity environments this plant needs anti-fungal treatments in areas like East Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Florida in my experience! I live in East Texas now and grew 15 year old seeds I had as a Boy planted them here outside didn't great until to much rain happened that didn't bother them much it was the fungus that burrowed into its bark and killed them from the inside out 😢 so I grow them in my house now and that fixed that problem 😊 but overall I love these amazing plants!

Silver will save your life & your money
1 of 1 found this helpful Silver is good for treating many illnesses in Humans, Animals & plants! It's a wonderful natural preservative (as an example I put colloidal silver on a large Beef chunk roast to preserve it for week, however it got forgotten about for three weeks! it got buried in the fridge out of line of sight anyway three weeks later almost four weeks I found it & I thought for sure it was rotten however to my surprise it was perfectly safe to eat, The blood & meet in the storage bag I put it in did not smell bad at all it smells like it was one day fresh from the store after being in the fridge for three in a half weeks I cooked it & it tasted great) however I do not recommend leaving raw meat in a refrigerator for that long on purpose!.. As an anti-fungal it is also highly effective it's very universal in this use! As an Anti Bacterial , Viral & Microbial treatment it is highly effective its again very universal! It's use in Aquatics such as tank fish salt & fresh water (Aquarium hubby), ponds treatments, Aqua culture, hydro-ponics, aqua-ponics, airo-ponics etc. One very promising aspect of this treatment is that it doesn't harm invertebrates or good bacteria & micro organisms for the most part on bacteria & micro organisms! It's so universal & compatible that big Pharma doesn't like it cutting in to their money profits & greatly over exaggerate negative effects of using Silver & plan made up false negative effects & lied how they occur, however the turning blue from using it is real it is caused by using improperly made colloidal silver & even then it takes a substantial amount of it continuous use & this affect is caused by sunlight though photosynthesis so if you have to take a high concentration of colloidal silver avoid prolonged sun exposure!

GE Bake Element
1 of 1 found this helpful I was cautious about buying this especially since I was only eighteen dollars brand new But so far it works great with factory defects I did a element burn in test see if there was any faults in the silica installation which is the primary cause of element failure! This can be observed via burn in test if you see very bright areas on the element much brighter than the rest of it that a fault point & the element won't last for much longer. If you see this on the element in your oven it's time to get a new element, if this is on a new element (bright spot) it's defective! elements have two layers, the internal silica layer & the external iron housing, the silica helps protect the element core from over heating to quickly while the iron housing spreads the heat evenly! Anyway there we're no defects on the one I bought & it works perfectly on the GE P7 I replaced the element on!
