Get warranty, Nice performance, battery, screen is beautiful, nice ports
2 of 2 found this helpful I have had several of these models and they have all had a touchpad problem. I used this for about a 8 months when the touch pad started acting wonky. Apple wants $600 plus to fix, local shops will probably charge 200 for the part and labor. Make sure you get a warranty with every Apple product you purchase it will pay for itself. Other than that fantastic screen, battery life is decent, Graphics performance is actually good for the year and size is just perfect. It is pretty light, speakers are ok BUT not in the same class as the newer MacBooks. Performance is very good as far as processor/ram can run almost anything a modern MacBook Pro can with nice performance.

Must have, pricier than ever
Nice community, must have for gaming on this platform. Price has gone up in the last few years, not pleased with increases and service issues here and there.

3 of 4 found this helpful These as far as value are very good, you basically get double the amount of LEDs for the price. They are bright and have a very natural glow to them. When you turn them on they come right on and illuminate the room fantastically. My only knock (and again this is slight) is these bulbs come slightly worse rated according to the box. Other Led bulbs boast up to 2 decades of life, this one has around 15 which is still good. Also the energy usage isn't quite as efficient, BUT this is still better than CFL and incandescent by a mile. You can probably replace all of your bulbs in your house with this box AND it would probably pay for itself in under 5 years.
