Great box set for fans of both series!
Both Avatar series are great and I was just waiting for the right chance to pick them up blu-ray. Then this box set with both came out and I couldn't resist!

Awesome movie, great concept!
Not the best quality, but the best way to watch the original cut on DVD. Hopefully one day we will get a remastered release that has both cuts in the mix, this cut and the us release with translation by Isaac Asimov and a cool voice cast.

An epic journey through time!
To say I absolutely love this movie would be an understatement. This film literally and figuratively sings, and soars with every note. It's a transformative journey, with so many layers and so many splurges of great characters. The way it all wraps together, the way it flows back and forth in time, is the stuff of movie magic. You have so many sequences that beautifully wrap together. The tarot reading. The Auction. the different stories tied through both. I saw this back in theaters years ago and it is every bit as good now as then. It's a story of great things, of pain, of loss, of transformations. There is such beauty through all of it.
