Nice case but a bit tight
1 of 1 found this helpful This case is sturdy and cleanly constructed. Not a huge fan of the very "gold" hardware but no big deal.
The biggest potential concern with this case is the fit, which is quite tight for a standard classical guitar. It's not too hard to get a guitar in the case, but the faux crushed velvet lining is thick enough that it gets in the way of closing the case - the lining on the lid makes it difficult to align the latches, and one must apply some pressure to get it all the way closed.
This tightness would not be enough to worry me on a typical guitar (especially a steel string), but I would not want to take the risk with a lightly-built concert or luthier classical. Luckily I have a sturdy factory instrument I can use to break the case in. I have no doubt that the fit will sort itself out over time.
Got this case as B stock at a discount, for which it was an excellent value. For full price it is still probably competetive but for that much money I would probably shop around for something that isn't quite so snug to begin with.
