  The item, as described, was fine. (no chips or cracks) But, I reached out to the Seller TWICE after I received it because the pitcher was disgustingly filthy on the interior — it contained either a huge dead spider or animal feces inside. GROSS! Therefore, it was stained and crusty on the inside and took tons of heavy duty soap, soaking over and over and scrubbing to lift out. I’ve NEVER had this kind of issue! I doubt I’ll actually use it now. Needless to say, the Seller never even responded.

  Never shipped item. Seller opened a missing package case with USPS and USPS said they never received the item to ship. Seller hiked price of item up after I purchased then canceled it when I said I would wait for the item to be delivered. Will not waste my time on the seller again.
