it does work
8 of 8 found this helpful This does work but if you disturb too much by rubbing, the effects wear off. If you go without makeup,it's fine but it seems like putting something on top of it (you should mix it with moisterizer instead of putting moisterizer on top, cause it has to be put on clean skin.) Overall, it needs to be tweaked so it stays all day no matter what.

good for the price
It's a good brow product for just filling in as it doesn't make precise lines.It's somewhat waxy but that's ok
if you're looking for that type of pencil.
