Lost them
I never got to use them because I lost them the same day. I will have to order more. 😢

Sonic Alert portable vibrating clock.
This is a nice clock to wake me up by vibrating because I am hearing impaired. I love the shape of it and everything. I do recommend it for ANYONE.

Helps with chronic stress
These capsules appear to help me with my chronic stress but you have to take them for about a month before you feel the effectiveness of them. They may work quicker for other individuals. I love the bottle they’re in.
