works, but with instructions
in order for this shampoo to work as intended, you must leave in your hair for about 3 minutes. let is sit on your scalp and roots. if your hair is really oily, use twice (rinse and repeat!). I sometimes use another clarifying shampoo first, then let this sit in my hair, and it works great. but if you are not willing to take the extra time, you may have to look for something else (I have tried everything else!)

Good stuff
Great moisturizer for winter. Great to use on face and back of hands. Not greasy, absorbs easily, not much of a fragrance, lasting moisture.

didn't work for me
I have tried Bio-oil years ago, and tried again recently- 2+ months now religiously and still going, but I do not notice anything :-( Don't understand the many positive reviews about this product. I bought it once at Walmart,and the cashier even said it was a miracle product. Guess not for my skin. I so wanted it to work, total dissapointment.
