Easy to set-up and works well!!!!
I recently ripped the tenant that connects the Bicep to bone in the forearm. Was operated on to reattached tenant to the bone. At PT they had me using the TRX and I loved it. This is the reason I purchased one. I am now done with PT and I am using it in my home gym. I am not quite back to where I need to be but this will become part of my workout on a daily basis. Highly recommended!
