Work smarter. Work Sharp!
This Work Sharp Field Sharpener is such an insanely intelligent tool.
If you use the angle guides that are on it you can't not sharpen pretty much anything. It will sharpen things Fast, you just have to be patient enough to check the edge for trouble spots.
The two diamond scales, one coarse, one fine, are removable (so replaceable) with a small compartment under one and broad head wrenches under the other (if you use a bow). Ceramic rods for serrated blades, scissors, fish hooks, or very curved edges.
While the Work Sharp is big enough you can sharpen some larger knives it isn't so big you will leave it behind. It is very light for it's size. But even if it was heavier it is so useful you will find room in your pack fir this tool.
I got it out of the package and tested it on my edc knives. Super sharp now. I then tried it on a new blade that I really had not used yet. It even improved that edge.
The Work Sharp Field Sharpener is worth every penny. Get One!

Vastar Watchband Link Remover and Repair Kit worth the money.
What to say about the Vastar Watchband Link Remover and Repair kit? I'm not a jeweler just some guy who bought a watch wit a titanium band and decided I could put a new link on myself instead of paying a jeweler way to much money to do it.
We are talking a cheap, under 15 bucks, tool kit that you will be using once or twice. With that in mind I am super happy with the quality. The black handle dual ended tool is great and will be moving into my permanent tool collection. The jewelers hammer is just as solid as any comparable hammer and will be a permanent addition.
There is one... not complaint... but, the band pin remover has a raise-able table to get the pin aligned. My band is thin enough it could not raise high enough to be of help. But you really can get things lined up with little bits or just holding it. But yea, probably will never need to use it again in the next 10 years so... eh. Oh, and the pin removal tip seemed totally strong enough for the job, no sign it was going to bend or buckle.
Anyway, if you are a jeweler or plan to make a living repairing watch bands then this isn't your tool kit. If you just need to fix your watch hit the buy button already.

Great on Paper, not so much on your shoes
First off, the Vargo Titanium Pocket Cleats are made well and made for aggressive outdoor activity like running, but not mountain climbing. They are definitely NOT for urban or city run-around especially in mixed conditions like snowy sidewalks and clear parking lots.
The cleats are big teeth but ultra-light. Made from quality materials with rubber straps, titanium frames and stainless hardware. They fold down nice and compact.
The big drawback for me is that the arms don't lock into place and there is no way to tighten the straps to the point the arms don't move while you walk. While they will keep you from sliding they might increase your risk of a twisted ankle.
I have found they can work compatibly with say Nano Spikes if you take the time to "weave" the straps the right way.
