    The item was as described. The packaged arrived in a beat up box but because it was well packed the item was not damaged. Lou immediately responded when I sent him the pictures. He says in his write ups that he stands behind his sells. He did stand by what he said. He offered me 50% off what I paid. He did not have to do that but he did. I would buy from Lou again. It was not his fault that the post office beat up the package. He had fragile stickers everywhere. A great buying experience.
