I decided to buy it because it is slim and compact. I liked that. I did not like that it has a snap closure. I did not become aware of this until it arrived, or would not have bought it. It was not a strong enough concern to complain or return, but since you asked for my opinion, I am giving it.

A Treasure of a Book
Filled with valuable information that goes against most present day theories, but read it and you will be healthier for just a little bit of effort. You can read it as a health book or read it as a cookbook. Both continue on each page. For instance, I found why my good friend has to be on both thyroid and high cholesterol medication, simply by her cravings and food choices over years. I got a real education on oils and fats. I also finally got some good, natural choices for desserts to satisfy my sweet tooth, WITHOUT high fructose corn syrup. Best of all, there is a Weston Price group that meets in my county. I am going to check it out. I'll bet I will learn even more about good, natural health.
