1 of 2 found this helpful Suggest you purchase the upper guard rail to increase user safety as the unit does appear to shake, maybe manufacturer should also offer cross rails for installation top and bottom at an angle on each side. It made my large and high ceiling repairs a low cost DYI Project vs hiring a contractor

Good product
Beautify looking when installed. Box has no damage outside BUT one plastic clip was broken off. I installed it anyway. I hope the chrome does not wear off over time.
