cant imagine better sound quality and durability for such low cost - unbelievable!

I tend to be extremely careful with all my stuff, especially with something like this with such delicate-seeming wiring - but to be honest i have been somewhat rough with these - and STILL - they seem indestructible! I use them often and have had them for over a year and they just keep on delivering. I wish all products were so reliable.

too small and flimsy (easy to bend or break)

this is my fault, paid far too little, was expecting adequate, but was not. I got what i paid for - if you want good usable clips, don't buy these

Overall, a good purchase, and valuable tool.

Overall, I believe it will be a very good tool. The pendant (which is the biggest reason I bought it), is simple, good sound quality, easy to set up , etc. The handset has only one drawback that I have seen so far, the speaker-phone sound volume is weak, and for elderly, that is not good. I have used vtech phones for years and they are a good quality/value purchase. Have not (and will not) use the answering machine part, I hate them.
